We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager EMEA South based in San Marino or North East Italy. Our client, a leading company in the plastics industry in Germany, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for the EMEA South region for a direct hire. This region includes Portugal, Spain, Italy, Southeast Europe, and the Czech Republic. Where the main business is conducted in Italy. 

In this role, you will be instrumental in redefining the sales strategy and actively support the recruitment of two Area Sales Managers. You will report directly to the General Manager EMEA and work closely with the local General Manager in San Marino.

Tasks

  • Revenue Stream Management: Define and execute reports, measure profitability, and ensure revenue and gross margin meet or exceed budget
  • Market Intelligence: Define market focus, collect and report information, compare performance, and conduct biannual competitor analysis
  • Marketing Plan: Collaborate to define and execute local marketing plans, drive activities, and measure results
  • Sales Plan: Collaborate to define and execute local sales plans, drive activities, and measure results
  • Performance Tracking: Consistently measure and report on all activities and outcomes to ensure alignment with goals


Requirements

  • Several years of experience in selling components to industrial customers (B2B)
  • Professional written and spoken English and Italien skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region
  • Management experience is an advantage, but not essential
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
