Senior Microsoft Business Central Analyst (m/w/d)

We are hiring on behalf of an international industrial group looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expert with strong business process understanding and ERP solution design skills.

In this role, you act as a crucial link between business teams and technology – understanding needs, analyzing processes, and shaping effective Business Central solutions. Development may be part of your work, but your true strength lies in consulting, functional design, and driving value through ERP optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into efficient ERP solutions

• Customize and optimize Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, including EDI and reporting tools

• Support system migrations (legacy > BC)

• Coordinate external development partners and solution providers

• Work closely with international stakeholders across Supply Chain, Production, Finance, and CRM

Job Profile

• Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central

• Strong functional understanding of business processes (SCM, manufacturing, finance, etc.)

• Proven track record in ERP analysis, customization, and implementation

• Familiarity with AL, C/AL, SQL, web services, and reporting tools (ForNAV, SSRS) is a plus

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
